Befrienders needed

A county wide organisation, which works with individuals with a visual impairment, is looking for face-to-face befrienders across the county. This is particularly true in Kidderminster, Evesham, Redditch and Malvern. Whether you just visit to provide someone with company or if you are able to help someone go out – shopping, to a restaurant or to meet friends – you will be amazed at the difference you can make to someone’s life. Just a couple of hours a week can really ‘lift’ a person out of loneliness.
